Industrial maintenance decisions involve risk. Customers need to know whether the proposed solution is appropriate, whether the contractor can execute it safely and what happens if the work needs additional attention.
A well-designed guarantee can reduce that uncertainty.
Two Levels of Pay Once Coverage
POP30 applies to typical non-engineered, off-the-truck-bed repairs such as injections and packings for 30 days after job completion.
POP365 applies to engineered repairs, including EPE, for 365 days after completion.
What the Promise Does — and Does Not — Mean
For local covered follow-up, Innovator typically supports labour and materials. Longer travel and exceptionally large sealant requirements may involve cost recovery.
The promise does not apply when operational upset or cyclical loading causes the repair to require reinjection; those conditions are billable in full.
Guarantees Must Be Supported Internally
A sustainable guarantee depends on accurate job information, technical review, qualified personnel, consistent field procedures, appropriate materials and responsive follow-up.
Ultimately, the guarantee is not the product. The product is dependable service. The guarantee is Innovator’s defined commitment to stand behind qualifying work.
