In industrial leak repair, quality assurance starts long before the crew leaves the shop. Accurate operating data, appropriate repair selection, disciplined field execution and clear follow-up all influence whether the customer receives a dependable result.
Innovator Industrial Services’ Pay Once Promise connects those practices to a defined commercial commitment. The promise is structured in two forms: POP30 for typical non-engineered, off-the-truck-bed repairs such as injections and packings, and POP365 for engineered repairs, including EPE.
The applicable period begins when the job is complete. In some cases, that completion may include a return after sealant cure to top up the repair and ensure there are no voids.
Quality Begins With Accurate Information
Pressure, temperature, process medium, component condition, geometry and access all affect repair planning. Complete job data allows engineering, supervision and field personnel to prepare around the actual application rather than assumptions.
Procedures Create Repeatability
Experience matters, but repeatable results require established procedures. Consistent preparation, installation, verification and documentation help protect the outcome when schedules are compressed or site conditions are difficult.
Accountability Continues After Execution
If a covered repair needs attention during the applicable promise period, Innovator remains involved. For local follow-up, labour and materials are typically covered. Longer travel and exceptionally large sealant requirements may involve cost recovery depending on the circumstances.
The promise does not apply when an operational upset or cyclical loading causes the repair to require reinjection; those situations are treated as new billable work.
A Guarantee Backed by Process
The strongest value of the Pay Once Promise is not that it removes every operating variable. It is that it clearly connects confidence in the work to accountability after the job.
For customers, that means greater clarity around what is covered and who owns the next step. For Innovator, it means continually earning confidence through disciplined execution and responsive support.
