When a contractor recommends and performs an industrial leak repair, the customer is relying on its judgment, procedures and technical experience.
Innovator’s Pay Once Promise creates stronger alignment by giving Innovator a defined financial responsibility for qualifying follow-up.
Shared Risk Creates Shared Priorities
POP30 applies to typical non-engineered, off-the-truck-bed repairs such as injections and packings. POP365 applies to engineered repairs, including EPE. The applicable period begins when the job is complete.
Because Innovator carries part of the consequence of rework, accurate job data, careful planning, correct material preparation and disciplined execution become commercial priorities as well as technical ones.
Accountability Has Limits
No credible guarantee should pretend operating conditions cannot change. If an operational upset or cyclical loading causes the repair to require reinjection, the Pay Once Promise does not apply and the work is billable in full.
For otherwise covered follow-up, local labour and materials are typically supported, while long-distance travel and unusually large sealant volumes may require cost recovery.
A Practical Test of Confidence
Skin in the game is meaningful when a company can clearly answer: what work is covered, for how long, under what conditions, and what happens when the commitment is tested.
That is the value of a defined promise: confidence becomes measurable.
