Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to witness the cutting-edge technology that enables Quickflange to conquer wall thickness limitations. Find out how this remarkable innovation takes on the challenge, handling up to Schedule 80 on larger bore pipes and Schedule 160 on smaller bore pipes. Get ready to be amazed as we explore the frontiers of pipe connections together!

In essence, what do we cover and I guess that’s the biggest question because in most cases the product range is critical to your asset. So it’s three-quarter inch, three to fourteen inch wipe work. Now the wall thickness of pipe that we can deal with is two millimeters, two to fourteen. So, up to half inch ultimately of wall thickness. Now if we break that down and I’ll come to it in the next slide but we are limited really on wall thickness. That’s the biggest limitation factor with Quick flange as a product. It’s not necessarily the pipe size although we are currently up to 14 inch, we could go higher but it because we’re using a hydraulic tool here to do the deformation of the pipe into the pre-machine grooves. You can imagine the power that we need to generate with that hydraulic cylinder. So right now it’s 14 millimeters of wall thickness that ultimately equates to up to shed 80 on some of the larger bore and schedule 160 on smaller bore axes say 4 inch.
