Innovator Industrial Services is currently recruiting for a full time Account Manager. Reporting to the Sales Manager, candidates are responsible for implementing all sales activities to satisfy customer requests for company contract services within assigned customer base or region. This position is also responsible for obtaining customer orders, administration of company approved pricingpolicies, and work as a liaison between the customer and the operations group to assure complete customer satisfaction. In most cases will include all service lines.
Promote, sell and facilitate delivery of Innovator Industrial Services products an/or services to existing and new clients.
Exceed client expectations through active account management and follow up.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers in order to grow the business.
Represent Innovator Industrial Services’ interests at various customer related functions and activities.
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the customers’ historical sales or needs.
Submit activity reports in real time using our electronic sales management program.
Establish and gain knowledge in quoting projects to assist the Operations and Sales Manager.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and marketing techniques.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
Prepare customer’s personnel, contractors, and other trade factors with product knowledge and selling skills by conducting and/or participating in sales promotion and educational meetings.
Develop working knowledge of all company products and services that are available to our customers.
3-5 years of related oilfield sales experience with focus on business development.
Extensive and exceptional customer service practices.
Previous experience managing large number of clients’ accounts.
Desire to grow a career with Innovator Industrial’s sales department.
Ability to cultivate and form strong relationships with potential clients.
Proven history of exceeding clients’ expectations.
Demonstrated base knowledge of Innovator Industrial Services’ products and services and the ability to travel extensively.
Able to complete work assignments and proposals in an allotted time period and be accountable for meeting deadlines.
Computer application knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Entrepreneurial work ethic.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Work is primarily conducted in a semi-private office/cubicle setting but requires travel to client sites.
Field duties require outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.
Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel.
Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.
Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes.
Will be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.
Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employee to communicate effectively;
