We offer full-service hydrotesting with our highly trained technicians, as well as rental equipment that’s on-hand and ready for your crews.

These pipe flanges are used to seal the end of piping systems or pressure vessel openings. They are commonly used for testing the flow of gas or liquid through a pipe or vessel. Blind pipe flanges also allow for easy access to the pipe in case work must be done inside the line. They are oftentimes used for high pressure applications.

Paddle Blinds are used to block flow and isolate the downstream piping for maintenance. It is often used as a temporary blocking device to stop flow in a process piping system.

Similar to a Paddle Blind; A Vent Blind has one radial pipe connection at 90 degrees from the handle with a smaller cross-drill hole on one side of the face interceding with 90 degree pipe connection. Used to block flow on one side of the blind while allowing access to relieve or purge the other side.

The Dual Tool is the ideal testing and isolation solution for pipelines carrying hydrocarbon resources. Using a combination of water and inflatable tyres, the Dual Tool can be used to test pipeline integrity after new welds have been created. The Dual Tool is not only a plugging isolation role but also to provide the ability to pressure test welds.

Innovator’s Internal Weld Testers are cost efficient by carrying out localized pressure testing on new and existing flange welds, new butt weld joints and valve integrity. Our Testers feature a body manufactured from high grade carbon steel and our pressure energized seals ensure high pressure and high pressure testing.

Flange weld testing plugs which allows for the isolation and pressure testing of individual welds. The system even allows the monitoring of downstream conditions to ensure that the downstream pipeline has not been dangerously and inadvertently pressurised whilst isolating and testing the weld area. These testers incorporate the tried, tested and patented Posi-seal™ polyurethane technology with rugged tough internal seal incorporated with a soft but resilient exterior to ensure optimum sealing to the pipe wall. Options for flange weld testers include extended, inline and angle actuation to allow for bends, tees or valves to be tested.

Innovator’s HP Grip Plugs are expertly designed and easy to operate. These plugs are best used for when a weld or joint needs hydro testing, but a flange is not available. HP Grip Plugs eliminates the need to weld temporary flanges or pipe caps, cutting material expenses and reducing labour time.

The main function of the Twin-Tyred Flexible Isolation Plug is to provide a double block and bleed isolation with by-pass or inert gas purge function during welding. The tool provides the operator with the possibility for weld isolation past bends, thanks to its flexible by-pass connection hose. These plugs allow your welders to stay safe during hot work.
